What we Believe Creates the Reality We Perceive

The reality each of us experience as adults actually began to form before we reached the age of four. This is the period in our life when we decide what is Real for us in our world. At this young age, our brains have yet to develop logic, so what we decided or believed to be Real may be less than accurate. Some of our Beliefs serve us well, like "the stove is hot". Other Beliefs don't work so well, creating a conflict/frustration within our lives. Have you ever noticed when talking with someone that their reaction to your words wasn't what you expected? Maybe they got upset or angry and your wondering what just happened? Thi is a belief in action, in that, they perceived what you said through their Belief in what is Real for them. Have you ever wanted to achieve a goal and no matter how hard you try it remained unattainable? Or work to change a behavior, think you've matered it, only to eventually find it is affecting your life one again? You see, what we believe to be Real as that young child becomes Real within our lives, affecting the way we react, feel and even think about ourselves, others and our world. In this workshop you will have the opportunity to experience and apply the information presented to begin creating change within your life, whether you want to achieve a personal goal or address an ongoing issue.

In this workshop we will explore :

  • A model of how the human mind works.
  • Why beliefs/ behaviors seem so difficult to change.
  • How permanent change can be achieved.
  • How what we believe affects how we perceive our world.
  • How permanent change can be acheived.

Please bring a notebook, a bag lunch, water and/or drinks for the day.
